Hard luck to the St Manchan's Gaels U13 first team, who were beaten in the League Final by St Vincent's in Clara on Sunday morning on a scoreline of 1-10 to 1-4. This was a much improved performance from our lads since the two teams met in the group stage, so the boys are clearly improving and can now look ahead to the Championship with confidence.
Well done to our U13 second team, who had a great win in Mucklagh on Thursday, beating Shamrocks in a goal-fest by 4-11 to 4-7.
Hard luck to our U15s, who lost out to St Vincent's by two points in Doon on Wednesday, 3-4 to 2-5, while there was even less between the teams when our minors played St Vincent's in Tubber on Friday night. In a fantastic game of football, the visitors scored a couple of late late injury time points to snatch the win by 2-14 to 3-10.
