Hard luck to our U15s, who bowed out of the Championship at the Semi-Final stage on Sunday afternoon in Mucklagh, where they lost out to Ballinamere/Durrow. The concession of two early goals put our lads on the back foot, and they were chasing the game after that, going in 7 points behind at Half-Time, 4-01 to 1-3. However, following a bright start to the second half, they edged their way back into the game, and by the end of the third quarter, the deficit was down to 2 points, and it was all to play for. B/D put in the stronger final quarter though, and went on to win on a scoreline of 5-10 to 2-12.
